These terms apply when you buy from kibcocoffee.co.uk (the "Site"), operated by Kibco Coffee Limited (Companies House 14736977), 170 Caledonian Road, London N1 0SQ.
1. Placing an order
When you place an order through the Site you make an offer to buy the items in your cart at the prices shown. We confirm the contract by sending you an order confirmation email. Until then no contract exists, and we may decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock, mispriced by an obvious error, or we suspect fraud.
2. Prices and VAT
- All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any point before dispatch. If a price you paid was wrong, we'll contact you with options to confirm or cancel.
- Discount or member pricing, where shown, applies to logged-in eligible customers.
3. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards Stripe supports. We do not store card numbers — they go directly to Stripe.
4. Delivery
- We ship to UK addresses. Free delivery on orders over £30; otherwise a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation, usually within 1.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We'll email a tracking link when the parcel leaves us.
- Risk passes to you on delivery. Please tell us within 7 days if a parcel arrives damaged or items are missing.
5. Returns and refunds
- Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to return the goods.
- Open or part-consumed food items (including ground or whole-bean coffee that's been opened) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
- Unopened, unused items can be returned for a full refund of the item cost. Return postage is your responsibility unless the items are faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned items.
- Faulty or wrong items: contact info@kibcocoffee.co.uk with your order number and a photo. We'll replace or refund at no cost to you.
6. Intellectual property
The Kibco name, logo, product photography, and copy on the Site are owned by Kibco Coffee Limited. You're welcome to share product links and use small excerpts to talk about us, but please don't republish content or use our marks without written permission.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be limited. Beyond that, our total liability under any order is limited to the amount you paid for the items in that order. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be heard in the English courts.
