KIBCO is a family-run roaster on Caledonian Road. We import single-origin green beans directly from Ethiopian smallholders and roast every bag to order in-house.
Each region has its own profile: Yirgacheffe's bright florals, Sidamo's berry sweetness, the chocolatey depth of Djimmah, the balanced body of Limu.

Our story
Visit the roastery
Our shop at 170 Caledonian Road is open every day. Drop in for a freshly pulled espresso, ask about origins, or pick up a bag of beans ground to your brew method.
We also host an in-store experience using the jebena — the traditional Ethiopian clay pot — for guests who want to try coffee the way it was first prepared, centuries ago.
