Spend at checkout
Each point is worth 1p off your order — 100 points = £1, 500 points = £5. Apply at checkout against the order subtotal.
The fine print
- Points are earned on the order subtotal. Delivery doesn't earn points.
- Points are awarded once the order is paid, not at checkout.
- Cancelled or refunded orders have their points reversed by an admin.
- Member-priced (discount-tier) customers earn points on top of the discount.
- You'll always see your balance and recent transactions on your account dashboard.
